I was advised it was possible to freeze double cream. Well it is, but what you get when you defrost it is a thick, tasteless substance with the texture of damp sawdust. Not recommended.
But other people do, so you can bake them and give them away.
Inspired by this post, I just froze a pint of whole milk from a gallon that's just reached its sell-by date and is still half-full. Anything that's left after tomorrow morning will also be frozen. I am thinking it will be okay for cooking. We like to make both cornmeal mush (as a change from potatoes etc. for a starch) and steel-cut oats (for breakfast) with milk. If this works it will be a great improvement on armored cow.
