The Wharf is right next to the ultra new and shiny Hepworth gallery. I guess someone owns those boats- probably uses them too. They're shabby, but they're not exactly wrecks.

No, I didn't mean to imply they were wrecks as they look quite clean but lacking good paint jobs.
They look a bit careworn, that's all.
