On the one hand I believe it's good the nations of Europe are coming together (right now, over me) and on the other I resent the Germans behaving so Germanically, so if you ask me what I think about David Cameron's "No" to the new European treaty, I'd have to say "Um, er..."  I've been to the cupboard and grubbed around for opinions-  and the cupboard is bare. 
 
Well almost- I did find this- this small, weevily biscuit: "He did it for the bankers!" Make of it what you will. Maybe it's a good thing he did it for the bankers, Maybe not. I haven't a clue. I just know that the next time he bashes their bonuses (but only with his mouth) I shall smile a small, secret smile.

Like you, I have no opinion as I do not have enough information on which to base one. I think that avoiding regulating and taxing the banks is an evil thing to do, and that much seems straightforward to me. The rest is a Gordian knot, and the knives to hand seem to me dull.

They keep telling us we can't get tough with the banks because they're our main wealth creators. I don't believe them, but I don't have the ammunition to fight the case.
