A Flash Of Temper

Odi and Ailz cut Fabi's hair yesterday and he was screaming all the way through and then Odi took this little brush and was brushing the cut hair off him and he was screaming some more and so I asked her, please, to stop and she went on brushing and he went on screaming and I may have asked her again (I don't really remember) and she went on brushing and he went on screaming so I took the brush out of her hand and threw it across the room.

I cant stand kids' screaming, either, especially when it can be stopped. There's something about screaming that does something terrible inside my head. I am with you on this one. You asked, nobody listened. What more can I say? Oh, yeah, if that's the worst thing you do when you lose control, then you are a gentle man.

Somewhere down the line I discovered throwing things works for me. It disperses the anger and no-one gets hurt. Then I laugh at myself.
