Odi called us at 7.30 this morning to say she was in labour.  Ailz and I were in the delivery suite with her all day.  Christa was born- by C section ( the only bit we weren't there for)- around six.



Ailz gave her her first meal

A question: why did they let Odi stay in labor so long before the C-section?

Her first delivery was by C Section and she very much wanted this one to be "natural". Things seemed to be going well, then the baby started showing signs of distress and the staff leaped into action.
