Odi called us at 7.30 this morning to say she was in labour.  Ailz and I were in the delivery suite with her all day.  Christa was born- by C section ( the only bit we weren't there for)- around six.

Congratulations to Grandmother and Grandfaher, Odi and Peter, and the "big" brother too. I wish you a warm welcome to this world, little Christa.
Tony, you and Ailz are truly if not grandparents, at least godparents to Odi's children.
That is a lovely picture of Ailz with the baby. Cute baby...

When we left her last night, Odio was still under the effect of the anaesthetic. I imagine she'll stay in hospital for a day or two.
