Taking Exercise

poliphiloI need to be getting more exercise- which is one reason why I walked back from Sainsbury's the other day (after Ailz had dropped me there on her way to see her parents) and why today I walked all the way there and all the way back.
Another reason is we need to be spending less money- and I have this theory that if I go on foot- and can't carry much out- even if I have to go several times a week, it'll reduce the impulse buys. Also, have you seen the price of petrol!
