They still have to install a new back gate, but otherwise the work is finished.  The yard may no longer be bushy, but it's neat. When Ailz and I inspected it this morning we were happy to find there are still some stocks of ivy and honeysuckle remaining.

It looks very neat indeed. Honeysuckle is hard to kill. That will surely come back. Have you thought of planting ferns and maybe impatiens, both shade lovers, though the impatiens are annuals.

The honeysuckle is OK I think. It had put down roots all over the place and some of them have survived.

Maybe we'll go to the garden centre over the Easter weekend.
