Now For The Rest Of Our Lives
Aug. 22nd, 2009 09:49 amGoodbyes are always theatrical. I don't like' em. Does anybody? Even if you slip away without saying anything you're creating drama. Bah!
I've been writiing this Journal- near enough every day- for over five years now- and something tells me it's time to move on. There's no particular drama going on in my life, I'm not in crisis, I just feel as though I've said all I had to say and it's time I wandered off and did something else.
I may come back in a week or two. I may pop in periodically. I may haunt this site. I really don't know.
Because right now I'm stepping out through the door, turning to give you all a cheery wave, and setting off down the road...

Date: 2009-08-22 12:25 pm (UTC)I will miss your photos of where you live and the interesting places you visit. And the little slices of life etc.
On the other hand, I know what it's like when you just feel stale and need a break, so it's selfish of me to say, "Please don't go!"
Have a nice rest from LJ and perhaps pop in now and again to let us know how you're doing?
