My favorite is squats, but I guess you wouldn't be doing that in a sit-and-be-fit class.

No. Michelle has us standing up for some of the exercises- but always with a chair to hand in case we wobble and fall over.

Mine is dark green and very very tense. I use therabands in my physical therapy program for the arthritis and spinal curvature exercises.

I was using a grey one before. It had a lot more tension than this pink one. I like the pink one better.

I don't know how the colors run in the UK, but we don't have pink. Grey or black is the heaviest.

I actually thought this was Aileen when I first saw it! I guess it's the similar hair. Maybe couple do grow to look alike? :)

I think they do. Couples spend so much time in dialogue they end up mirroring one another- sharing body language, mannerisms and- in our case- hair cuts.
