The Days Are Getting Longer

poliphiloAs Ailz just said, "Oh good, it's the solstice". Once upon a time we'd have celebrated with elderberry wine and sky-clad ritual. Not any longer. Today a sigh of relief will have to do. We're into the light half of the year, the days are getting longer. Yay!
Actually- now I think about it- we will be doing a ritual today. Not skyclad. And there won't be any elderberry wine. We're going to a funeral. If I were running the thing (which I'm happy to say I'm not) I think I'd work the solstice into my address.
