That building makes my heart sing; also the grey skies remind me of Seattle. I imagine I'd feel right at home in England.

It's great, isn't it? Oldham is the out of a way place and its new architecture hasn't received the kind of attention- and praise- it deserves.
Seattle- Manchester- they're both North Western cities.
