poliphilo I did a number of variations on the girl with beads theme. One I've already posted. Here's another
1. Beads 2
I do love Arthur Conan Doyle. I think he was as decent a man as ever wielded a pen. I'm mad about Holmes, of course, but I also value the spiritualist writings- which were bold and right-minded. I also think he wasn't altogether off target with the Cottingley fairies. Didn't one of the girls say, in old age, that, yes, they'd faked most of the pix but one was authentic? Look at those pix again and tell me if the one she said was real isn't of a wholly different quality. Anyway, this is....

Finally one I did for my daughter. It's an "interpretation" of the field where the kids go to play and the dog gets his exercise. A lot of English parks and recs look like this....
