Another Medal

 The forecasters say this could turn out to be the hottest day in British history. There was quite a lot of cloud around when I woke at six- and what looked to me like the possibility of rain- and now there's less and the heat is building.

Ah well, it'll be another medal to add to the fine collection I wear on the Other Side. Look at me, I lived through the hottest day in British history- ain't I something!

It's hot, but record-breakingly hot? I'm not sure. We'll see what the weather people say at the end of the day...

We were told 39 here by the weather guessers- it got up to 32.1.
