Slow And Sleepy

poliphiloA fly keeps settling on my computer screen. I suppose it's drawn towards the light (aren't we all?) and finds it comforting. It's a slow and sleepy fly.
We had the GP give my mother a check-up the other day, the blood test showed she was anaemic- and the up-shot was that she and I spent most of yesterday on a ward in Pembury hospital with her being given a blood transfusion and me sitting in a corner reading a book. We're thinking now about how we can improve her diet so as to up her iron levels....
