She: Kallows.
Me: Sorry?
She: Kallows.
Me: What?
She: Kallows. K-A-L-L-O-W-S.
Me: Sorry, but I don't know what you're talking about.
She (with a degree of impatience): Neither do I. But I know my feet are cold and I need them to be warmer.
Me: Ah, that I can do something about....
Me: You called?
She: Kallows.
Me: Sorry?
She: Kallows.
Me: What?
