Becoming P.C. Sugden

I dreamed I was a young Asian guy- and in the process of joining the police. This involved wandering round a very large, complex building in a northern city hoping not to get lost (I do a lot of that in my dreams.) I had a kitten staying with me in my hotel room. My mentor- a kind and caring racist- said that if I was going to be a British policeman I needed to lose my Indian name and replace it with something more Anglo. The first three letters of my Indian name were "s", "u" and "g" (I've no idea what the rest of them were) and we reckoned we'd build on that and go with Sugden.
