poliphiloIt had come to seem like we were the only corner of the UK which hadn't been snowed on this winter- and the inner child has been feeling left out. This morning for the first time a storm included us in. This storm is known to the MSM as The Beast from the East and by the meteorologists as Darcy.
Fancy calling a storm Darcy! Such a silly name.
Boots, coat, hat....
...But by the time I'd loaded up the bird feeders I'd had enough of it. I cancelled plans to stalk round the fields with my camera and came inside and shot through an upstairs window instead.
The cat never made it even as far as the feeders. He saw what was happening and thought, "There's stuff falling from the sky. How do I know it won't hurt?"
