I would love to see a whole photo series taken looking in through people's windows. I have a confession: I love looking in people's windows when I pass by houses. I'm just so curious what their homes look like inside and I try to imagine what their lives are like. And it does feel cozy in a way, too, as someone else mentioned.
I took a whole lot of pictures inside too- and they were the usual thing. Snapshots. A bit blurry bcause I wasn't using flash (I hate flash.) And then I stepped outside and took this on a whim and I didn't think it would work- but I find I really like it.
A great composition--warm colors inside framed by the blue window-and just a hint of warmth outside in the yellow flowers on the cold wall--it looks like a montage--I wonder what's going on--three people in their own worlds,
