First Time This Year

 

"Why don't you walk down to the sea?" asked Ailz. I was acting restless, you see, because of this cold I have.  My first thought was "Too much like hard work," But my second thought was, "Better than mooching around the house all morning." When we first moved here I'd walk to the sea most days but then the novelty wore off. This morning was the first time I've strolled down through Prince's Park this year. The sky was blue, the breeze was gentle, the sea was calm. And here's a picture I took on a very long lens across the sea and the town towards the Downs...
