Triangular

 Pyramids are triangular in outline and so are church spires. The triangle is a dynamic shape.  Energy flows from apex to base and back again- from concentration to diffusion, from diffusion to concentration. One could philosophise or rhapsodise about this for hours....

Yesterday it occured to me that another thing with a triangular shape is the Christmas tree....

What do we put at the top of our tree? An angel or a fairy or a star- all symbols of supernatural power. 

Beastly

 An online friend writes about seeing shoppers being beastly to cashiers at Christmas- some of whom were on the brink of tears.  I feel a sermon coming on.

Doesn't "All Men" include cashiers?
