The family party has been cancelled- which doesn't surprise me. Christmas is going to be quiet this year.
We have seven viewings lined up for tomorrow- and the neighbour who offered us a risible amount for the property a couple of years back has been in touch. He thinks the fact that we share a driveway gives him some sort of a hold over us.
We're going to look at a couple of house today. Both are in Tonbridge. One is a semi c.1900 and the other is a modern bungalow. We're not in a position to make any offers yet, but it'll be useful to see what we can get with the money at our disposal.
