'Tis The Season...
Nov. 26th, 2020 10:14 amStill nearly a month to go before the Day itself but that was our Christmas shopping that Tesco just delivered.
I asked the man to put the crates on the doorstep while I transferred the contents to bags and boxes and scooted them into the kitchen.
We haven't bought much that's especially Christmassy- just staple foods to see us over the midwinter period. Things like mince pies we'll get from the farm shop.
It's not clear yet what we'll be having for Christmas dinner or who we'll we eating it with.
Ailz just shared this with me. It's called If 2020 Were a Maths Problem.
Q: If the river is running at 2 mph and a wheel has just come off your canoe how many bags of cornflour would you need to reshingle your roof?
A: An equilateral triangle.
