A Little Over Ambitious, Maybe

I dreamed we were filming the Lord of the Rings. We reckoned we could do it all in a day. We had a cast of children- and everyone had assembled- in costume- at the house in Brighton, waiting to catch a lift up onto the South Downs. Queues for the three toilets were horrendous.

Another green man. The last one had chestnut boughs coming out of his mouth, this one is sprouting oak leaves.

I rather think he has a tonsure. If he does then he's not only a green man, but a green monk.

I don't know when the bosses were last painted- but they're beginning to look a bit shabby. It's time they were done again.

PS. It's been suggested by more than one person that the man with the dog in Boss #4 could be a thief. I think this is highly plausible- especially if you consider his proximity to scenes from the apocalypse. There are two verses in The Book of Revelation in which the Son of Man says he will come "like a thief"- and the image is a familiar New Testament trope- occurring in a number of texts- most notably in 1 Thessalonians 5: 2. "For you yourselves know perfectly that the Day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night."
