Jul. 4th, 2019 07:24 pm...is a throwback to the days of the gentleman amateur who would sink ten pints of an evening then go out the following day and score the winning goal, hit a century or fight umpteen rounds with the heavyweight champion of the day. He is enormously talented and leaves it at that- he doesn't even have a trainer- perhaps because he thinks there are more important things than sport (as indeed there are.) In any other era he would have dominated, but in the age of sports science and ice baths its not going to win him many championships.
