More Synchronicity
Sep. 4th, 2018 10:01 amOnce you start expecting synchronicity the universe starts showering you with examples- which is, in itself synchronicitous. I clocked up two yesterday. Here's one of them.
I'm reading a book about Near Death Experiences (The Dead Saints Chronicles by David Solomon- great title) in which he describes a typical near death dream in which the dreamer is among mountains, looking across a vast gulf towards a miraculous white city of spires and domes. Later in the day, browsing the Guardian website, I came across an article about the artist Alan Lee who has just completed a set of illustrations for Tolkien's soon to be published Fall of Gondolin. Two of his paintings are reproduced- one of which exactly reproduces the imagery of Solomon's dream.
