Rose McGowan confronted Steve Colbert with his suit-wearing during her free-wheeling, rather wonderful sojourn on his couch and he deflected the question with an off the cuff rejoinder about Pete Townsend telling him to- but she definitely had him on the back foot.

As McGowan said, suits give men stiff little tyrannosaur arms. They're constricting.  They suppress individuality. And mostly they come in such dull colours. . 

The business suit must be the dreariest costume mankind has ever inflicted upon itself.  It's horrible.  It needs to go.
