The Divided Self

In my self I don't feel any older than I ever did. The inner self is timeless. And yet faced with a five bar gate I know instinctively (in my bones) that I shouldn't try to vault it- or even climb it. The body has its own intelligence- separate from that of the mind. The mind says "Five bar gate- what fun!" The body says, "In your dreams".
