Lasers And Suchlike

 Young chap has been here this morning measuring the house with a clicky laser thing on behalf of the buyer's estate agents. He was late arriving because he'd been given the wrong post code and had been busily going up and down farm tracks in another part of Kent and asking directions of farmers who'd never heard of us. In the end we had to guide him in by phone. This happens a lot and is something that is unlikely to happen if and when we move to Hastings.

Talking about sat navs- which we sort of were- I see they're being withdrawn from the shops because car makers are now building them in. How fast the world is changing! No sooner do you get comfortable with a new technology that it's whisked away from under you nose.
