Enough For Everybody

The hay that Chris puts down for his horses is a gift to the local rabbits. I just saw one lollopping around with a huge mouthful. 

Kent Veg Box

We've just had our first delivery from Kent Veg Box. Local produce, seasonal, freshly picked, still with the mud adhering. It's about us putting our money where our mouths are when it comes to eating ethically and healthily. Ailz reads books about nutrition and the evils of the supermarkets and I read channelled books about raising one's vibrational level and this is the point of convergence.

The stuff in the bag is chickweed. I've never knowingly eaten chickweed before. Apparently you saute it with onion and add cheese.
