Swoosh!

It rained all night. At some point- I wasn't watching the clock- there was a weird swooshing noise under the window. What the...! And then I realised that the weight of water in the canopy of the swing seat must have caused it to swivel round into an upright position- and what I'd heard was a creak followed by the sound of a substantial puddle hitting the patio.
