Making Ice Cream

My first attempt at making ice cream wasn't a complete success. Either I didn't have the bowl cold enough or it was a mistake not to add sugar to the mix. Since then I've had nothing but success.

Making ice cream is really simple. You mix cream, milk, sugar and flavouring and the machine does the rest. The first three times the added flavour was stem ginger. This morning it's fruit puree.  The quality of the result depends on the quality of the ingredients.
