Results

The ice cream didn't set. Ailz says the mixing bowl just wasn't cold enough. After watching the machine churn for an hour I emptied the slush into a plastic box and shoved it into the freezer- where it solidified. The resulting product tastes fine but has the texture of refrozen snow.
