I'm Glad Tom Watson Has His Back. Tom Watson Is A Toughie.

Corbyn has moved from the margins of British politics to the centre.  He's always been a rebel- even against the high-ups of his own party. It's as if Robin Hood just got appointed Sherrif of Nottingham.

He's also a person of quite alarming consistency and integrity ( which is why we love him so.) He's never seen a compromise he didn't hate. And now he's in a position where he's going to have to wheel and deal.

Britain is a plutocracy. Corbyn detests plutocracy. My fear is the forces ranged against him (which include almost everyone in a position of power and influence) are going to stamp him into the earth.
