Rik Mayall RIP

Rik Mayall was the Kenneth Williams of his generation- loud, camp (though his was a very hetero camp) screechy, hyperactive, the dominant figure in any ensemble- and when he came on screen (or stage) you always thought, "O, good. Now things are going to get lively!"
