Not content with featuring as the backdrop to every story about British politics in every news programme ever filmed- it managed - last night- to bag itself a starring role in a documentary about Henry VII, even though it wasn't built until nearly 400 years after his reign.

God, but I'm sick of the sight of it!

Rabbit Run 2

The rabbit run is a very good rabbit run except that it is permeable to rabbits. I let them loose in it this morning and Tolkien found a hole in a corner- and was through it and out into the field beyond. I rounded him up and steered him back into the run and he immediately found a hole in the opposite corner. This time the rounding up took longer because there were hedges involved.

Time for a rethink.
