My mother sent me home with a jig-saw she no longer needed. I did it in a couple of days. Then I thought I'd do another (I have a stash of the things) but leaning over a board the way you have to do hurts my back so I've decided I won't. There are better uses of one's time.

I was looking round the spare room and found I had- largely unconsciously- set it up as a temple again. There's an altar in the north, shrines at east and west- and the furnishings- most of them anyway- all mean something. I sat down, mentally set up the quarters (not difficult, they were there already) then established a shrine in the south and moved things around a bit to strengthen the elemental associations.  I'm an old man. What are old men for if not for dreaming dreams?

The paradigm is breaking up. It's a nasty old paradigm. Look at Jimmy Savile. That's the paradigm's face (or one of them.) Find a crack, insert your chisel. Tap away.
