Who Season 3- First Impressions

Rhino-headed space cops on the moon- that's what I pay my licence fee for. 

Elderly, female soap stars playing vampiric super-villains- ditto.

Who's this Saxon bloke? I take it he's this season's Bad Wolf.

I never did understand that Bad Wolf stuff. Far too complicated for me.

I do love David Tennant. The way he keeps channeling Kenneth Williams. He's mercurial- the way David Troughton was. And Troughton was always my favourite.

I want Freema to match Billie- but Billie is the most charismatic, interesting, engaging/annoying actress to come along in yonks. She's going to be such a hard act to follow.

Also on TV last night we had the second half of the 100 most annoying songs....you love to hate

We watched it all the way through- fools! 

It must be youngsters doing the voting. OK, Millennium Prayer is annoying but not nearly as annoying as the bouncy Euro-pop of Congratulations. Oh lucky young people, never to have been exposed to early Cliff!

(Though I'll admit to having a soft spot for Summer Holiday.)

The most annoying song of all time is the Titanic Song.

Boy, but that was a controversial decision!  Americans love Celine Dion. Brits think she's weird.

But not in a fun way.
