Mission completed.

The contents of the Oldham House are now sitting in my mother's garage.

It's been such a rush I haven't had time for reflection. I lived almost all my adult life (over 30 years) in the Manchester area and now I don't live there any more. I keep waiting for the emotions to hit, but for the present all I'm feeling is, "Whew, I'm glad we got that over and done with."

We've reached a pact with most of the family that there will be gifts for kids but not for adults. I think we should do what we can to rein in the madness.
