Bob Crow RIP

Can't say I paid him much attention when he was alive. (I don't use the London underground so what me worry!) But the tributes that came flooding in at his death were unignorable. The most generous came from Boris Johnson who had reason to hate him and the most grudging from Ed Miliband who might have been supposed to be on his side. Seems he was both principled and effective- a very rare combination in politics in any age- and a man who knew what he thought without having to consult a focus group.

Have you guys not removed the U from Labour yet?

Once that happens, it'll be even more easy to forget it was ever really about labour, I'm sure.
