poliphiloWe love comedy but we also under-rate it- as if something that makes us laugh can't possibly be as important as something that makes us wince. No-one mentions Harold Ramis in the same breath as Scorsese or Coppola, but I'll bet Groundhog Day lasts every bit as long as Taxi Driver and Apocalypse Now.
