poliphiloWe saw a lot of flooding as we drove to my sister's yesterday. The Hop Farm- which hosts gigs and festivals and rallies, seemed to be completely underwater. In Aylesford the Medway had broken its banks.
On today's lunchtime news a woman from our neighbouring village of Brenchley was saying she'd been without power since Monday.
Right now- Boxing Day afternoon- the sun is shining brightly. More rain and high winds are forecast for this evening.
