Jun. 7th, 2013 10:30 amI cooked a goose egg last night- which I something I'd never done before. The end product was an omlette which my mother ate, but I tried a little bit of it that had fallen on the floor just so I'd know what I'd been missing all these years. It tasted very much like a hen's egg, only blander- which is not what I'd expected.
