I don't think he'd accept that label- or any other, really. That's what I like about him- he's a truly independent thinker.

I don't pay for papers either; I read them on line (because I'm a cheapskate).

I don't remember that case. And I had to google David Batty to find out who he is. I guess you mean the journo not the footballer.
