poliphiloI hadn't had this before. It's a grit made of nuts and spices which you eat with bread and olive oil. It's good. It's North African. Ailz bought us several tins of it from Approved Foods- an online business that sells quality eatables (near or past their sell-by date) at rock bottom prices.
