A Town Called Mercy

OK, I've made a decision. No more reviews of Dr Who unless I've got something positive to say, because there's really no point in repeating "I don't like Matt Smith" week after week, now is there?

I'm right there with you!
The story lines have suffered as well.
I'm about to the point where I want to just go back and watch the old ones.

I stopped watching at the beginning of the Matt Smith tenure when I just... couldn't... get into him. He just seems... mean/rude in a way the other Doctors I've seen haven't.

I find him lightweight.

And rude.

I got the feeling from previous doctors that they were rude rather by accident... simply distracted or having forgotten how to move among species that die. Matt Smith just strikes me as... rude because he's impatient and boorish. :P

I have paid minimum attention, but he strikes he as being a boy, not a man.

That puts it in a nutshell.

Once in a while they'll do an episode I like (last week's was fun) but I feel no involvement with Smith's Doctor or the Ponds.

I'm looking forward to the next regeneration.

Ditto.
The Ponds are downright annoying at this point.
They should've returned home long ago.

Two more episodes and they'll be history. :)
