I had a moment of panic. I thought, I really don't know how to do this; I haven't done it before; I should leave it to the experts. And then I thought, Oh come on, don't be such a wimp. 

The electricans had dug channels in the walls, then plastered them over and the job was to patch in some new pieces of wallpaper. Once I got started it sort of flowed...
