poliphiloAilz was telling her mother about our rabbit dying- and her mother told her not to get another one.
You know, the thought hadn't even crossed my mind until then...
Our two new rabbits are called Sharon and Shalimar- or Shally and Shaz for short.

Date: 2011-01-13 06:27 pm (UTC)I wouldn't be happy going away for days leaving Tosh on his own - even with Carl calling in most days to check on him. Rabbits live in groups and are sociable little souls, who need company. Unlike a dog or a cat you can't leave a radio on for them as noise doesn't seem to interest them. Tosh answers to his name - when he feels like it.
