A Plausible Story

Ailz is telling people that I only ever accompanied her to church to give her moral support- and that now she's made friends there she doesn't need me any more. This is a nice, straightforward, kink-free narrative- one that doesn't need explaining. It's not true of course- but perhaps it will become so.

Well maybe you could join the C or E crowd.

Right now I need to keep away from any and every crowd. :)

It's a graceful narrative, and one that allows you to drop in and out in future as your views and whims dictate.

Exactly. There's no need for any drama.

A great way to stop the questions.
My husband would not go to church at all, and I told my fellow church members that he was "not too crazy about church". Questions stopped.

"Not crazy about church"- that's a lovely way of putting it.
