My mind is still blown. I voted for him, but watching the numbers pile up was...I can't express. I figured he might win, but taking the majority of the electoral votes was not in my picture. I actually had tears in my eyes several times last night and I've never been like that over politics, never.

I'm hoping beyond hope that this does mean change in a real way for my country, and everybody we (wittingly or unwittingly) influence.

I'm still pinching myself. We actually did it...we elected a black man president. I never expected to see it in my lifetime.
